I've downloaded both demos.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is right up my alley! I love jet fighters, and my dad is retired Air Force. As soon as I started playing, I marveled how beautiful the F-22 that I was piloting was. I knew that Miami was under siege, but that didn't stop me from sight-seeing... just 20 feet off the surf. Locking on and taking down your enemy with missiles is great, but it's nothing compared to the twisted satisfaction you get from getting right up on the communist bastard's tail and chewing up his MiG 35 with your 30mm cannon. Love it! I know a great number of hardcore Ace Combat veterans are slamming the newest installment (because its greatly changed from its roots). Well, I have one thing to say them, "Stop bitching and get laid. Everything will be alright..." *goes back to weaving between buildings*
Need for Speed: The Run, of course, is on my to-get list. The demo looks every bit as polished as its predecessor: Hot Pursuit. That said, the physics have been greatly changed. One does not simply power-slide into Mordor. While the controls are crisp, the Lamborghini I drove was stiff... as it should be, being AWD. I personally prefer something a little more tail-happy than the rolling brick I was driving... Maybe a ZR1. It feels a lot more real, especially when you lose traction. You feel hopeless when you hit a spot of black ice (unless you're Scandinavian*) Note: * does not include the Swedes. One of my fears was that the game concept would be too easy. A cannonball run? Easy as pie, right? Wrong. The computer AI sticks too you like LSU's pass coverage.
The verdict: I can't wait to get my hands on these games and collect all the trophies!
I have an Astronomy 102 lab tonight. Measuring the movement of stars from earth. Every knows that they're fireflies that just got stuck up in that blueish-black thing.

I'm Not Dead
Since college has become my #1 priority and my loving girlfriend #2 (laugh), I've been force to sacrifice my time in other areas. I haven't died, I've just become a lurker.
Brad Horton Photography
I know, I know... I said I'd return, but I've become more of a lurker here. I'm trying to create a more professional identity for myself and my photography, and it's taking all my time (luckily it pays too). Hey! If you have a facebook page, please like my photography page http://www.facebook.com/BradHortonPhotography . I'd love to really get my business off the ground, and I really owe it all to DeviantART and my watchers who've supported me from the beginning. Without your support, pushing, and prodding, I would not be where I am today. If you'd like to continue to support me, "Like" my page. If you'd like to continue to follow me, it will
Things that Annoy Me Pt. 2
What a way to semi-come-back-but-still-kinda-not.
The list continues.
Homework.
Lack of punctuality.
When callers try to be more clever than the radio DJs.
When my favorite porn video is "removed due to copyright."
Wandering glass eyes.
When the radio just loud enough to be barely heard.
Phone rings that interrupt silence.
Shitting in the dark.
Then having no toilet paper.
Losing a sock in the night.
Americans who claim Europe is simply better.
Electronic cigarette venders.
Any vender at the mall, mostly.
The mall, save for the food court, GameStop, Hot Topic, and Spencers.
Customers who get mad at me when I don't take their c
My Absence Will Continue
Btw, I found a personality reference for Daytona. Meet FX's comedy, Archer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9x6KApzgtjU
Lately, I've been avoiding this site at all costs. That includes authorizing the pepper-spraying of subdued college students.
Homework, job, girlfriend... just to name a few reasons.
I'll leave my profile up, but my presence will be hardly tip off your radars.
I also feel that I have hit a ceiling here. My photography grew exponentially here, but I feel I must go private to continue this momentum.
If you must know what I've been up to, just listen to these songs and figure it out:
